The historic company from Pagazzano wins 9 medals at the World Cheese Awards: 2 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronzes.

The 36th edition of the World Cheese Awards, a competition that sees the best cheeses in the world submitted to the judgment of the greatest tasters, has awarded the historic Bergamo dairy Arrigoni Battista 9 new medals: 2 golds, 3 silvers and 4 bronzes. The company founded in Pagazzano in 1914 thus sees its list of medals and awards obtained rise to 110, precisely in the year of its 110th anniversary which it celebrated throughout 2024 with the birth of a new product (Quartirolo cubed in oil with aromas) and a series of initiatives aimed at its employees, the public and stakeholders, to celebrate the milestone with an eye to the future. “At the end of 2023, as we prepared to celebrate 110 years since our foundation, reaching the quota of 100 medals during 2024 seemed ambitious and little more than a dream to exceed this threshold to reach a figure that reflected the years celebrated. – says President Marco Arrigoni – Closing the year with this milestone is therefore a source of great pride for us. These medals are the culmination of an intense year during which we have all worked hard to develop the dairy, always in line with our three principles: passion, tradition and innovation»
